Clair de Lune

I've always wanted to play this but I knew the flats would be forbidding. Just downloaded the score from Sheet Music Archive. which limits you to one download a day. Never mind. Went to the International Music Score Library Project.

Noticed there are 2 treble clefs. What the....

Well Tempered Clavier Prelude C Major

I never learnt to play the Piano. I can read music. I borrowed my son's beginner's music book and figured out where the fingers should go. I decided to attempt Bach Prelude 1 in C Major. Should be easy. No sharps and flats to worry about.

Since I knew the tune, it was easier - I could manage the first 3 bars pretty good. Thanks Bach for showing where the fingering should be.

I've done it now.

Time it took = 2 weeks with an hour practice every day and last Saturday I was so obsessed that I played for 3 hours nonstop after midnight.
